The powers are rational persuasion, expert power, coalition power and reference power and all of these powers are the bases of the individual. On the other hand, it has been observed that organizational powers involve power, reward, information power, process power, coercive power, and representative power. Following all of these organizational powers, an individual can give instruction to other individuals within the organization.
